Our Story

‘Myco-Rise’ comes from the mycorrhizal networks that connect life beneath the soil- vast, intelligent webs where fungi and roots share nutrients, communicate, and help one another thrive.

We are growers, educators, and innovators based in regional Queensland. Grounded in deep cultural research, hands-on agricultural practice, and lived experience in Indigenous engagement, we’re cultivating a new model of wellness, community, and sustainable enterprise, all rooted in the transformative power of mushrooms.

“Myco” comes from mycology, the study of fungi; the unseen connectors of our ecosystems.
“Rise” speaks to our shared growth, our collective elevation, and the power of coming together in community.

We’re invested in a collective return to what’s real and alive - a fungal future - one where we mirror the wisdom of the mycelium to create systems that nourish and sustain life at every level: from personal health to community wellbeing. From soil to society.
